If you know me, you
know that I'm using vegan & cruelty-free products (but, Dani, aren't vegan
products cruelty-free? - luckily lots are, but some of the big brands are
making also vegan products and 90% of those brands still test on animals, so
IMO those products aren't cruelty-free (or even vegan to begin with). So, I
usually, do my shopping at Holland & Barret or for make-up I usually fall
back to Essence and Catrice, as I know that they have vegan and cruelty-free
products.
But sometimes, social media is a magical place, about last year I
saw an advertisement on Instagram about Nuud, made and produced in The Netherlands, vegan, cruelty-free and good for the environment. Oh, and the fact
that they don't use all those damaging chemicals is a massive plus. I was still
using the deodorant from Dr. Organic, had to apply it multiple times a day and
was actually kinda done with the stuff that wouldn't work in the long run. Nuud
promises that you don't have to apply the cream every day, maybe even just
twice (!) a week, all depending on your body of course.
And so my curious, yet, skeptical mind ordered a tube to see if
what they promised was real.
Was I able to apply it once or maybe twice a week and not smell
when working out or anything?

When it arrived I was surprised how small of a tube it was, but they
claimed you didn't have to use much so then it would make sense. I showered,
shaved and applied the cream.
I was shocked.
I could easily do a full work week (including one day of working
out) with one application, then in the weekend I shaved again and reapplied and
there we go again.
You could do 6 weeks with one tube on average, I did so much
longer with it.
I quickly changed my subscription to the 'Never without Nuud'
service, they would send me every 5 months two tubes as I only use it twice a
week.
I do, however, notice that now I'm working out every day I need to
apply it around the 3 to 4 times a week, but it's still better than just
multiple times a time.
