My Birthday Cake.

As it's my birthday today and a birthday is not complete without a cake, mum and I made today a chocolate coconut cake, which is supposed to be called a 'bounty' cake (you know, those bounty chocolate bars... ) I couldn't really find the iconic bounty flavour, but it surely was chocolate and coconut, my favourite combination.

It's not the prettiest cake (I am not a professional baker) ever, but it's sooo good.

Let me know if you want a recipe and I'll make a new one (in a smaller springform cake pan) and translate the recipe.

It's a vegan cake as well, so yes for nature.
When I made the photo it was a bit too wet and needed to stay longer in the fridge.. but this is me being impatient and wanting to taste haha.
