When I walked around Dundee I saw some signs saying 'Dundee Law' and at first I had no idea what it was or what it meant (besides the "oh, is this something that's part of the law?") so I googled that when I walked back home and found out it was the best opportunity to see the entire city .. from above. We'd decided to go, on an evening (because everything looks better by night), but each time we wanted, we had cloudy weather or even rain.
... and then I had my first experience with the NHS, my throat was hurting for a day on Monday evening and when Sean came home I had already established that my tonsils were swollen and the second I mentioned that, 15 minutes later Sean had called 111 and we were waiting on the call back. Luckily we didn't had to go to the hospital, but only had to pick up antibiotics at the health center as it's tonsillitis (first thing Sean said when he saw my tonsils) and they didn't see a reason to have me checked out due to not having any other symptoms. (and I really need to e-mail the Lochee health center again for my application at the GP's) — everything is going well now so I'm very grateful. :-)
However, after we picked up the antibiotics and I took the first set we finally went up to the law (basically we decided to go that night since it was a clear sky but then the tonsils needed attention first) and I've seen Dundee from above, it looks absolutely amazing and as soon as I have my Canon camera here I will make better photos.
But it was absolutely beautiful ...
