I am quite a troubled person when it comes to waking up and actually being productive. Waking up is the start of your day and there is nothing better than starting with a fresh new 'empty' mind.

Writing your thoughts down to clear your mind in the morning is an amazing way to start your day.
I've been doing it ever since Julianne Hough started a Morning Page Challenge back in January I believe and even I do forget sometimes days or weeks, I try to write something down, even if it's just one word.

And all you need is just an amazing notebook and a pen. <3
